Retiring to stud for 2009

Hill 'n' Dale is thrilled to be offering to breeders HARLINGTON, a horse with a world of potential as a sire.

By Kentucky Derby winner Unbridled, sire of such stalwart sires as Unbridled's Song, Empire Maker, and Broken Vow, Harlington was a $2.8 million yearling, the highest priced offering ever by his sire.

Harlington's dam Serena's Song was one of the best racemares of modern times. A member of the Racing Hall of Fame, Serena's Song won 18 races (including 11 Grade 1s) and over $3.2 million.

Serena's Song has already produced Group 1 winner Sophisticat, Grade 2 winner and Hill 'n' Dale stallion Grand Reward, and Stakes Winner Serena's Tune.

Harlington showed remarkable talent as a racehorse, winning six of ten lifetime starts. His finest moment came when he won the Gulfstream Park H. [G2] over the likes of Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide.
